Applies to: Printing, Scanning Negatives, and Scanning Artwork

At Jonathan Mannion Photography LLC, we take great care in handling your film, prints, artwork, and digital media. We are committed to providing high-quality results and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

However, despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances can arise. The following terms outline our responsibility and serve to protect both your interests and ours.


Limit of Liability

Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, artwork, or digital media to Jonathan Mannion Photography LLC for processing, printing, or scanning constitutes an agreement that any loss or damage—whether due to negligence or other fault by our company, employees, or agents—will entitle you only to a replacement of the original service (e.g., reprinting, rescanning, or an equivalent quantity of similar unexposed film and processing).

Except for such replacement, our acceptance of your materials is without any other warranty or liability. Recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is expressly excluded.

Customer-Supplied Materials

We are not liable for damage, loss, or theft of customer-supplied items such as frames, original paintings, artwork, or irreplaceable materials, whether due to fire, water, mishandling, or any other cause beyond our control.

Carrier Liability

Jonathan Mannion Photography LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party carriers, including but not limited to the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion may not be retained. Please collect your orders promptly to avoid potential loss.

Print Quality & Corrections

Proof prints may include basic color and exposure adjustments. Frames that are blank, severely underexposed, or indistinguishable may not be printed unless otherwise specified by the customer.
