Route Shipping Insurance

As of January 16th, 2021, we offer Route Shipping Insurance on all items in the shop.

Route is a third-party service that allows customers to purchase shipping insurance for their orders, protecting against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

How It Works:

  • You’ll have the option to add Route Shipping Insurance at checkout.

  • If selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to file a claim if needed.

  • Claims can also be filed directly at Route’s Claims Portal.

Please Note: If Route Shipping Insurance is not purchased, Mannion Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

COVID-19 Shipping Advisory

Shipping timelines may change unexpectedly due to local COVID-19 restrictions affecting our distribution centers or suppliers.


Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: 1–4 business days (via USPS Priority Mail)

  • International Orders: 3–5 business days (via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express)

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped—not when the order is placed. Delays in transit may occur.

International Tracking: Tracking may not update once a package leaves the U.S., but your order is still in transit.


Shipping Methods

We use the following shipping services:

  • Domestic (U.S.): USPS Priority Mail

  • International (from U.S.): FedEx International Priority

  • International (from Europe): DHL Express (Domestic & International)

We reserve the right to choose an alternate carrier when necessary.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and order size.
To calculate your shipping total:

  1. Add your items to the cart.

  2. Select your country.

  3. Click “Update Total.”

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by your country. These are not included in our pricing and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes, we ship to nearly every country worldwide.


Refunds & Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.


Missing Deliveries

If your package appears to be lost, please email us within the following timeframes:

  • Domestic Orders: within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification

  • International Orders: within 5 weeks of receiving your shipping notification

We’ll do our best to work with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with lost packages reported after these timeframes.


Customs & Import Taxes

The Mannion Shop is based in the United States, with production and distribution from New York.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes or customs duties upon arrival.
We are not responsible for these charges and recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
